Since 1776 juniper has been fired in Steinhagen. This centuries-old tradition of distilling merges with the modern product development in Friedrich's Dry Gin. The Friedrichs Dry Gin is lovingly made by hand and although it is a London Dry Gin, the manufacturer does not use the name to avoid possible disorientation of origin. Juniper berries form the basis, but other ingredients such as curaçao peel, liquorice root, rosemary, star anise, orange, jasmine and lavender flowers also give the gin its soft taste.
