GINARTE Dry Gin is made from juniper berries that come from the Apennines in Tuscany. After harvesting, the berries are soaked in 65% pure wheat alcohol. Distillation takes place in a vacuum still to preserve the delicate and soft aromas. All botanicals except the juniper berry are distilled separately in a small still. Before the gin is bottled, a low-temperature filtration at -7°C is carried out. Botanicals: Juniper berries, calamint, safflower, reseda, rubia, indigo, wild celery, lavender, hibiscus, elderberry, pine buds, mountain pine, fir needles.Tasting notes:Color: Clear.
