This Glen Breton was produced by Glenora Inn & Distillery in Canada. It was built between 1988 and 1990. The annual capacity of the distillery is approximately 250,000 litres of whisky. This Glen Breton is aged for almost 10 years in American oak barrels and then for its finish 4 months in Ortega Ice-Wine barrels from the Nova Scotia winery Jost Vineyards.Tasting notes:Colour: Light amber. Nose: Honey, cinnamon, apples, vanilla. Taste: Sweet, spicy, grape, apple, hazelnut, vanilla, cherry, ginger, wine, cedar. Finish: Long lasting, warming, smoky, nutmeg.
