The Hudson Baby Bourbon is made from 100% corn. This spirit was the first legal bourbon since the ban on alcohol was lifted in the USA. The bourbon is distilled twice in the traditional pot still method and matures for only 3 months in small American oak barrels. The designation 'Baby' already indicates the short maturation.
