A fine sugar cane distillate with a dash of juniper forms the basis for this dry gin. The special feature of the recipe is the hop, Hallertau Mandarina Bavaria. This hop is particularly well known to craft beer connoisseurs and is considered a fruity hop variety reminiscent of tangerine. With a total of 30 botanicals from Southern and Central Europe, Humulus Dry Gin combines two worlds of taste - the Mediterranean and the typical Bavarian. The bottling is done by hand and without cold filtration, in the heart of the Hallertau, at the Lutzenburger distillery in Mainburg. Best enjoyed in combination with a classic or dry tonic water such as Schweppes, Thomas, Henry, Fever Tree or Aqua Monaco. And garnish with a sprig of rosemary, or a citrus slice or zest.
