Silvia Heinrich successfully continues the winery after taking over from her father Johann Heinrich. The best red wine sites are around Deutschkreutz, Goldberg, Hochberg and Siglos. The winery covers 37 hectares of vineyards. The flagship grape variety of Heinrich is the Blaufränkisch. Already 80% of the vineyards are Blaufränkisch land. Tasting notes:Deep dark ruby garnet with delicate rim brightening. In the nose fruity, tannins and ripe berries. On the palate complex and juicy, after various spices. Long lasting on the finish. Grape variety: Blaufränkisch. Aging: 24 months in new oak barrels. Residual sugar: 1,0 g/l. Acidity: 5,8 g/l. Soil: clay soil with high lime content. Storage potential: 10 years. Drinking temperature: 16-18°C. Storage potential: 10-15 years. The wine harmonizes very well with game dishes and steak.
