Certeza' means 'security' and is made by the Beckman family from Jalisco, Mexico. All tequilas are made from 100% agave and are distilled twice in Cognac stills. The aging process takes place for 12 months in Kentucky Bourbon white oak barrels and in French limousine oak barrels.Tasting notes:Colour: gold. Nose: Balanced, agave, hints of oak. Taste: Toasted almonds, paprika, hints of vanilla. Finish: Long lasting, peppery, sweet.
