Milk & Honey Distillery is the first whisky distillery in Israel. The distillery is managed by Head Distiller Dr. Jim Swan and Tomer Goren. This single malt whisky is the first whisky to be matured at the lowest point on earth, the Dead Sea. The maturation takes place at temperatures of up to 50°C. The whisky is bottled without chill filtration and additional colorants. Tasting notes:Color: Bright amber. Nose: Sweet, notes of vanilla, mocha, peppermint. Taste: Powerful, warm, spicy, notes of cinnamon, coriander, cocoa, white pepper. Finish: Long lasting, sea salt.
