The Naga Double Casked Aged of Indonesia is produced in the north of the Java Island according to ancient Asian techniques. A slow fermentation of molasses in combination with malted Indonesian red rice yeast results in this stunning spirit drink. A blend of two distillates: Indonesian pot stills and column stills. Maturation takes place in Jati oak barrels (teak) and in bourbon barrels. Tasting notes:Colour: Gold with reddish accents. Nose: Exotic, spicy, slightly fruity, notes of nutmeg, cloves, cocoa, touch of sugar. Taste: Soft, spicy, exotic, fruit, mangoes, bananas, note of spices. Finish: Long lasting, exotic spicy.
