The Pasion Blue Chardonnay started a revolution in the Netherlands in the summer of 2016. It is the result of a special processing, in which a fruity and special result was sought, starting from the grape variety Chardonnay, which were pressed in the Spanish winery Pasion Blue. In fact, Pasion Blue stands out not only for its aromatic freshness, but also for its beautiful blue colour. But this blue wine is not just artificially dyed blue, but it gets its color by a complicated process: the natural treatment with anthocyanins, thus, the natural pigments contained in the skin of the grape. The result in the mouth is balanced, slightly sweet flavor that makes the wine harmonious. Somehow daring, different and unique. Pasion Blue is ideal with pasta, rice, fish, salads, seafood, ...
