The Pieve Santa Restituta winery was founded in 1972 by Roberto Bellini. Today it is owned by Angelo Gaja. The 27-hectare winery has been modernised through major investments by Angelo Gaja. In addition to a denser planting of the grating areas, the storage rooms have also been brought up to date. In the nose fruity after different berries, wild raspberries, cherries and violets. Juicy on the palate, dense with good ageing. Long lasting and fruity in the finish. Grape variety: Sangiovese. The red wine harmonizes very well with dark meat and various cheeses.
