The gin is produced at the Reisetbauer distillery in Austria. For the gin, the wheat variety Mulan is grown in Upper Austria. The distillation takes place in a gentle pot still process. Blue Gin is also available as organic. The special thing about this product is that a small amount of Reisetbauer organic apple brandy is added. This underlines the flavors excellent. Tasting notes:Colour: Clear. Nose: Fresh, fruity, juniper. Taste: Complex, juniper berries, green apples, citrus flowers. Finish: Long lasting, dry. We recommend the gin on ice or with tonic.
