Hans Reisetbauer releases a new limited edition, the Matured Blue Gin, to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Blue Gin. The new edition is stored for seven years in 1,000 litre barrels made of Manhartsberger oak. Distilled: March 2009 Bottled: October 2017Tasting notes:Colour: golden yellow. Nose: Floral, fruity, spicy, burgundy, citrus, vanilla, orange, banana. Taste: Nice mix of barrel aromas and gin botanicals. Finish: Long lasting. It tastes especially good straight on ice, as a perfect gin and tonic mixture or in summer cocktails.
