This bottling is an evolution of the classic Cabernet and Alicante wines and follows a synthesis of elegance and freshness by the winemaker Fabrizio Moltard. The name derives from the river Fonte dell'Anguillaia that flows through the winery.Tasting notes:Ruby red with purple reflections in the glass. In the nose an intense and complex bouquet with notes of wild roses, wild berries, marasca, currants and fine spices. On the palate fresh and balanced with an elegant juicy note. Long lasting finish. Grape varieties: 33% Cabernet Franc, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Petit Verdot. Extension: steel tank. Acidity: 5,70 g/l. Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C. A perfect accompaniment to fish soups or meat dishes.
