The cock, a well-known symbol of Mexico, also gives this tequila its face.
The production takes place in the Fabrica de Tequila Finos distillery in Jalisco, Mexico.
Exclusively blue ragweed is used for the Rooster Rojo Tequilas.
The Rooster Rojo Tequila REPOSADO 100% de Agave matures for at least two months in French oak barrels to obtain a light oak note.
The bottle shape is based on the Tequila Volcano, which can be seen from the distillery.
Colour: gold.
Nose: ripe fruit, cooked agaves, hints of oak.
Taste: Vanilla, caramel, cooked agaves.
Finish: Long lasting, silky, warm.
