The Terre del Barolo winery was founded in Italy in 1958. In 2014, the landscape around the winery became part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. After destemming, the grapes are pressed and macerated with the skins for about 30 days. After 6 days of maceration, the must then ferments for another 20-25 days. Tasting notes:Garnet red with orange reflections in the glass. Elegant aromas of violet fruit and leather on the nose. On the palate clear and harmonious flavors. Long lasting and balanced finish. Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo. Soil: clay, limestone. Closure: Natural cork. Drinking temperature: 18-20°C. The wine is excellent with pasta dishes, cheese, white truffle and mushrooms.
