The award-winning 18, 21 and 23-year-old South Island Single Malts are now joined by a 25-year-old. The malts are made from 100% malted New Zealand barley, which comes from the Willowbank Distillery in Dunedin. This single malt matures for 25 years in American oak and ex-Bourbon barrels.Tasting notes:Colour: Rich gold. Nose: Smoky, yellow fruit, dried grass. Taste: Sweet malt, fruit, vanilla, hints of peat. Finish: Long lasting, light, silky, hints of oak, sweetness.
