The Chugoku Jozo Distillery, which is located in the south of Japan, is behind the bottling of Kiwami of "True Greatness". As usual for Togouchi, this blended whisky is also a marriage of unpeeled Malt Scotch whisky with Canadian grain whisky. The storage of the whisky casks takes place in underground, former railway tunnels of Japan, but it is not known how long this maturation period lasts.Tasting notes:Colour: gold. Nose: Smoky, peaty, sweet, notes of honey and hazelnuts. Taste: Spicy, smooth, light, soft, cereal, honey, hazelnuts. Finish: Long lasting, peaty, smoky.
