The Tschida family winery was founded in 1982 and has been producing wine since 1993. Today the winery covers 40 hectares of vineyards. 70% of the area is used for the cultivation of white grape varieties. The resulting wines are mostly processed into sweet wines. In the nose very soft, discreet, of ripe pears and melons. On the palate a bit exotic, velvety, of pineapple, lychees and baked apples. Long lasting and pleasant finish. Grape variety: Sämling. Maturation: steel tank. Acidity: 7,4 g/l. Residual sugar: 119 g/l. Drinking temperature: 10-12°C. The sweet wine goes very well with pasta, foie gras and Asian dishes.
