The Tschida family winery was founded in 1982 and has been producing wine since 1993. Today the winery covers 40 hectares of vineyards. 70% of the area is used for the cultivation of white grape varieties. The resulting wines are mostly processed into sweet wines. In the nose and palate typical of the variety, of lavender honey, floral round with subtle notes of bergamot. In the finish juicy-sweet with stimulating sugar-acid game, long lasting with notes of a pomelo. Grape variety: 100% Muscat Ottonel. Maturation: steel tank. Acidity: 6,0 g/l. Residual sugar: 120,4 g/l. Drinking temperature: 10-12°C. The sweet wine goes very well with pasta, dumplings, cheese and Asian dishes.
