The production of this gin is done as usual with a dry gin, it is distilled with all botanicals. The juniper brandy obtained from it is then refined with green walnuts. The gin gets its name from a special addition during the distillation, the volcanic stone. The addition is intended to prevent steam and foam from forming in the distillation apparatus. Botanicals: Mint, rosemary, sage, lemon ice plant, chamomile, cinnamon, juniper berries, cumin, star anise, nutmeg, St. John's wort, coriander seeds, hops, lily, bitter orange peel, lemon peel, cinnamon, ginger, angelica root.Tasting notes:Color: Clear.
