Like all Windspiel spirits, the basis is the self-produced basic alcohol from regional potato cultivation in the Volcanic Eifel. Botanicals, which are also used in the standard bottling, are refined here with the lovely citrus freshness of winter fruit, mandarins, basil, thyme and rosemary.
