Wood Stork Spiced Rum is made from sugar cane from South America. The molasses obtained from it is transported to the Black Forest and processed there. The distillation is done with copper stills. The pot still process used allows the aromas to be better preserved. The distillate is refined with Australian ginger and Chinese chilli. At the end the Spiced Rum is refined with original Black Forest spruce and fir honey.Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Bittersweet, spicy, vanilla, oranges. Taste: Round, full-bodied, sweet honey, vanilla, coffee, bitter oranges. Finish: Long lasting, hints of ginger, chilli.
