For the whiskies, barley from a very old private brewery from the region is malted and then the mash is produced according to the specifications of the Ziegler distillery. Afterwards a distillation takes place in the double distillation process. In the region of Lower Franconia there is a Mediterranean microclimate, which particularly influences the style of the whiskey.
