ZIRM Zirbenschnaps is produced in Austria, in Styria, in the fourth generation. Only Zirpfenzafpen from the Zirbitzkogel region are used for the production. The harvest takes place by hand at 1600 and 1900 meters above sea level. The Zirbenschnaps is filtered several times and bottled without artificial additives or colourings.Tasting notes:Colour: Strong pine red. Nose: Somewhat resinous, sweetish, Swiss stone pine. Taste: Sweetish, tart, Swiss stone pines. Finish: Long lasting, pine.
