SPARKLING WINE
Near the town of Limoux, way out in the hills is a small wine maker called Didier Bourrel, whose sparkling wine is fantastic. With fast even bubbles rushing to the top of the glass this wine has a slight hint of green in the colour. Aromas of mild fruits and spice, with a dry aftertaste. Slight apricots/peaches with a medium length. Drink anytime!
