A brilliant blend of Verdejo (97%) with a dash of Sauvignon Blanc. A good bright straw coloured yellow with a hint of green. The bouquet is intense of seeded tropical fruit with a hint of apple. A long aftertaste is well structured with a hint of aniseed.
