This Blanc de Noirs 2017 (100% Pinot Noir) from Beacon Down Vineyard is fresh, floral, fruity with good acidity and lingers on the finish. Light golden in colour with a fine and persistent mousse. Orchard fruit, citrus, green apple with an element of strawberry. Light brioche notes and on the lees ageing for 18 months.
Traditional Method English sparkling wine disgorged September 2019. Beacon Down Vineyard is situated on a fine south facing hillside in the East Sussex countryside near Heathfield with far reaching views to the sea.
