Intense palate, bursting with lemon, lime and grapefruit flavours. A refreshing wine with a noticeable saline quality that lingers on the tongue. Clear yellow with green hues.Ideal served with lean fish and shellfish, particularly mussels, oysters and lobster. Also a delicious white to pair with a cheese board.
