The Cognac is issued from the best and oldest eau de vie and along with the grape juice is then left in the oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years to mature. The contact oak barrels are from the Limousin region of France giving the drink a light golden colour.
Best enjoyed chilled as an aperitif, or with blue cheese or dessert. Can be kept open for a few weeks and is also great for making cocktails!
Aromas of white and yellow fruit, honey, acacia. Aged in wooden barrels gives gives us a nose of ripe and dried fruit, hazelnut, toasted almond and vanilla.
