Produced soley from dry-farmed fruit grown on the estate, Alexana Estate Riesling is whole cluster pressed and inoculated with native yeasts before a cool ferment takes place, allowing the distinctive character of Oregonian riesling to shine through. 4 months of lees ageing, 6% of which is on oak, adds layers of creamy complexity with out detracting from the purity of fruit.
