Pleasantly ripe and fine juicy aroma of fully ripe apple and yellow plums. Round and smooth, juicy character on the palate. The discrete acidity is well integrated. exceptionally round and harmonious in aroma, but also with subtle, unobtrusive spice in the finish.
The fine accompaniment to fish dishes, poultry ragout or rustic vespers. It is also combined with various types of cheese and paste for perfect enjoyment.
