A war time vintage which is now very rare. A small crop with the lack of labour and materials available. The classic Mouton Rothschild label, with this being pre 1945 when they started changing the label each year.
Typical blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot. 75cl bottle. Abv not stated.
Bottle condition, capsule a little corroded, label bin soiled, wine level mid shoulder.
