Fleur du Cap, situated in the costal region, is French for flower of the cape. Inspired by the Cape Floral kingdom region. Pinotage, which is a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault, is the signature grape of South Africa. 1975 was not a great vintage and it is rare to find wines of this age.
