Les caves de la Colombe is a project involving Lucien Le Moine and Rotern & Mounir. Making wines in both Burgundy and the Rhone Valley.
2016 vintage was a difficult vintage after a mild winter and April frosts reducing yeilds.
Typical blend, Pinot Noir. 75cl bottle. Abv 13%
Bottle condition, capsule good, label good, wine level 2cm below base of neck.
