Thomson & Scott Prosecco organic vegan Prosecco is produced from grapes grown on the south facing slopes of the foothills of the Dolomites, close to Soligo, North East Italy. It contains 0.7g of sugar per 100ml.

Pairing: Perfect choice for aperitivo, but also with a range of fragrant and spicy dishes due to its refreshing acidity. Seafood risotto, mild cheeses and any tomato-based dishes, as well as with fruit-based desserts.

Winemaking: The wine has up to 7g of sugar per litre added in the production process, undergoing secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks (Charmat method).
