Elena and Enrico Moschetta have bucked the trend for mass produced sparkling Prosecco by creating a boutique winery on their 12 hectare vineyard in San Pietro di Feletto.

The smaller scale of their winery allows for more care to be taken over the wine making process. Bianca Vigna sparkling wines spend double the stipulated minimum on the lees, which gives them greater depth of flavours.
