This gin is an exceptional, perfectly balanced spirit created from 9 botanicals which reflect the nature growing around us in lockdown. It offers piney juniper and honey nose; on the palate, hints of lemon and nuts emerge alongside a wonderful earthiness, developing into a finish with just a hint of lingering sweetness.

Born of Love, Inspired by nature. Our master distiller was asked by his wife to create a new gin as a gift for her but then the 2020 lockdown struck. Instead of delaying the new gin, we tailored the new recipe to reflect those changing times. We started to notice nature as it grew and flourished through the spring and into the summer, oblivious of human suffering, and we drew our inspiration from it. The name Liberation was chosen to mark the beginning of the emergence from lockdown and the desire to continue with the best of what we have learned, leaving the worst behind.
