A rich, intense, powerful, full-bodied red wine with classic aromas and flavours of blackcurrant, fruits of the forest, vanilla and warm spices and a lovely smooth finish. Pairs well with red meats and medium to mature cheeses. 

Whole Berry Cabernet Sauvignon is made with as little intervention in the cellar as possible. Grape bunches are simply de-stemmed, and the whole, uncrushed bunches are transported using only a gravity flow system. Whole berry maceration is followed by fermentation with natural yeasts, racking and one years maturation in oak barrels. The result is a velvety wine with softer tannins and classical varietal characteristics. This traditional wine is unfiltered and unfined, which may deposit sediment and might require decanting.
