Vouvray Extra Brut is a little-known sparkling treat from the Loire Valley. Tipped to replace Champagne as the French luxury drink of choice, this beautiful hand-crafted drink is a delight in the mouth. This sparkling Extra Brut has the most refined and delicate bubbles, only containing natural sugars, making it a pleasure to consume.

Vouvray Extra Brut is a rounded, vinous sparkling wine with an excellent fine bubble. Best served as an aperitif but is equally delicious with canapes, avocado, crab or fish dishes.

The nose: Saffron, smoked and toasted.
The palate: Rich, brioche-like, with spicy and mineral notes.

Over the past year, we've had the pleasure of meeting Nicolas Brunet several times and visiting the vineyards and the wine cellars.

Made using traditional methods, hand-picked grapes and indigenous yeasts of the region, Domaine Nicolas Brunet are a master craftsman. A father-to-son business handed down through 9 generations,  steeped in history and tradition.
