BRITISH GIN
The UK is the motherland of gin, and remains its biggest producer. While gin is
often believed to be a quintessentially English spirit, there many excellent
gins made throughout the nation.

An early pioneer of the British craft spirits movement, Herefordshire-based
Chase is famed for its farm-to-bottle approach, using estate-grown potatoes to
make its vodkas and gins. Chase GB Gin is its core gin expression, made by
re-distilling Chase Original Vodka with 10 classic botanicals. It is fragrant
and full-bodied perfect for those who like their gins extra dry.

Suggested serves: A classic G&T with heaps of ice and a slice of ginger. Also
try mixing with cloudy apple juice and a squeeze of lime.

TASTING NOTES
Lemon oil on the nose with notes of basil, a hint of cucumber and lots of
fragrant juniper. The juniper becomes drier on the palate, with additional
flavours of cinnamon bark, robust red chilli and orange peel. Finish is spicy
and fresh.
