Wild and intense with a punchy, tropical fruit kick! Aromas of peach, apricot,
citrus fruits and subtle spice. The palate is juicy and packed full of white
fleshed and stone fruits with honey and a marked minerality. Super sweet with an
exceedingly long, bright finish thanks to some beautiful balancing, crisp
acidity. It could be enjoyed as an aperitif served ice cold, or alongside
Iberico ham, mature cheeses or basque style cheesecake.
