associated with the style, and a modern, lighter, fresher wine. It's no mistake

style categories. It has wonderfully tangy, red fruit notes and good acidity
with lovely fine tannins. It's certainly at the lighter end of the Chinon
spectrum, but still possesses the savoury qualities of cool Cab-Franc.


Olga Raffault is one of the most respected and recognisable names in the classic
region of Chinon, in the Loire valley. The region is synonymous with Cabernet
