BC by Francesco Guccione is a wine that embodies the peculiarities of the terroir of origin. Perricone grape is a native specie of western Sicily. When vinified in purity it gives a fresh, direct and elegant wine.Perfect to be enjoyed in company; it is a straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Citrus notes intertwine with light fruity hints, composing a fine and elegant aromatic bouquet. The sip is characterised by good smoothness, balanced acidity and softness that harmonise the whole. Excellent with elaborate fish dishes.The winery is located between San Cipirello and Piana degli Albanesi, in the municipality of Monreale at 500 meters above sea level. All our wines are certified both organic and biodynamic. The total extension of the vineyard is 6 Hectars.Perricone is a rare vine that here in the Belice valley has found its cradle of origin and almost unknown because it is usually vinified together with other varieties, in particular Nero d'Avola
