Vignerons Catalans The Rafale wines are made by the Vignerons Catalans, a Cave Cooperative from Perpignan. All the way from the very south of France, these wines are named after the Rafale winds. Wind in the vineyard blows the grapes dry and prevents mold. The emblem shows the rooster on the church tower, which indicates the wind direction.
