Type | White |

Country/Region | Argentina |
Food pairing | Fish, Vegetables, Salad, Popular dishes, Sushi |
Vintage | 2017 |
2016 was the first harvest of this variety and the first time that Casa Silva made a Riesling. The main idea was to plant and vinificate a variety not common in Chile and to see how it would develop in the southern terroir.
After one year of bottle, it has developed classic Riesling notes but with interesting differences of the austral region
terroir. You can discern yellow plum, apple and peach notes in this wine. Crisp acids create a fresh finish, making it an ideal pairing for a variety of foods.
Food matches: Excellent match for savoury starters, pasta and fish and seafood dishes. Try with different kinds of tapas or antipasti, shrimp salad or sushi.
Serves at: 9-10°C
