0.75 liters 14.8%The Altivo Secret Single Vineyard Malbec is a very nice wine and the flagship of the Altivo series. Made by Finca la Celia with very expressive aromatic grapes. The wine is aged for a minimum of 12 months in French oak barrels, and then aged in bottle for 8 months. The color is bright red ruby. In the nose dark currant, mocha, menthol and spicy oak. The palate is rather smooth and subdued, with distinctly cool aromas of dark raspberry, currant, licorice and menthol, framed by a firm acidity. Finishes with silky tannins.We recommend decanting this wine 40 minutes before serving. Serve at 18ºC. The Altivo Secret Single Vineyard Malbec goes well with grilled vegetables and hearty meat dishes. Also nice with chocolate.
