Alcohol gives taste, provides structure and is a binding or binding factor in the glass.But if you are going to drink non-alcoholic wine, this is absolutely not a punishment. It has a beautiful golden yellow color with a small sparkle. First slightly fruity with peach, apple and a little (dried) grass, then a bit firmer and even a bit more rustic. The wine feels nice and soft in the mouth with a fairly long aftertaste. In the taste, the grape and apple fruit comes into its own. Drink it as an aperitif or with a salad with nuts or light fish.Comments Martin, 34, took over the Weinhaus Franz Hahn in 2016. In the previous years he had the opportunity to work in various countries around the world to learn the intricacies of making top wines. Before he could do that, he successfully completed the Weinbau & Önology study at Fach Hochschule in Bad Kreuznach.During our visit, Martin emphasized that he is not a farmer, but a winemaker. His philosophy: I want to make the most beautiful wines in the Palatinate! To do that, you obviously need the most beautiful and best grapes that the area has to offer. Martin soon realized that if you don't own any vineyards of your own, the best way to get hold of them is; you pay the winegrowers more for their harvest! No sooner said than done. Martin has selected over 40 Winzers that he does business with who sell him their best grapes at a price 30% higher than what they would get elsewhere.
