The event will take place on Tuesday 21 and Wednesday 22 May.This limited Festival bottling is a charming and daring dram, ideal for enjoying in company. The whiskey is unpeated and has matured for 9 years, most of which in first-fill Bourbon barrels. After several years of maturation in bourbon barrels, the whiskey has undergone a finish of at least 6 months in beautiful Fino sherry barrels. Result? A fresh and floral whiskey with the maritime saltiness of Glen Scotia and the characteristic dryness of Fino sherry. Bottled at 56.2% cask strength, with natural color retention and without cold filtration.
