This series emphasizes the expressive character of the grape and its fresh fruit notes.The Sauvignon grapes are carefully selected and crushed after picking. This is followed by a macaration, a soaking process in which the maximum amount of aroma and flavorings is extracted from the grape skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 25ºC and 28ºC to preserve the fruitiness.Drink with: Delicious summer wine on the terrace or as an aperitif.Tasting note: The Sauvignon is spicy and fruity with fresh mandarin and lime aromas in the nose, a little mineola and fresh pineapple in the taste and with a pleasantly soft aftertaste, wine for everyone and everyday.Shelf life: Nice to drink young.
